We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. All our products are carefully handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans, which may result in slight variations. These unique imperfections contribute to the individual charm and beauty of each piece.
Please read our policy below to understand our guidelines for exchanges. We are always here and happy to help you 🖤
1.Exchange Only (No Refunds)
- No refunds will be provided on any purchases made. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we offer exchanges on qualifying items as per the conditions outlined below.
- No exchange will be made for sizing issues. Please review our size guides for any queries.
- For the likelihood of a return, an online store credit of 1 year will be provided.
- Eligibility for Exchange - INDIA
- Exchanges are only accepted within 7 working days from the date the item was delivered, based on tracking information.
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, tags etc.
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery (including engraved or altered items) is not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error made by us.
- A product is eligible to be exchanged only ONCE.
- Pls note that the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping & re-shipping. We are happy to co-ordinate for the customer for a pickup & re-shipping charge of Rs 400. This amount will have to be paid prior to pick-up of product by us.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Eligibility for Exchange - INTERNATIONAL
- Refunds will be issued only if the shipment gets lost.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
- Exchanges are allowed only if the item is damaged during transit or if the customer receives the incorrect product.
- To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability
- How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at +91-81044-44284 or email us at info@mnsh.co within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to exchange
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable, e.g., for defects or damage)
- Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and re-shipping unless the item was received defective or damaged.
- Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- Exchange Process
- Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will process your exchange.
- You can exchange your item for another piece of jewellery of equal or lesser value.
- If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
- Exchanges will be processed within 7 -10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
- Custom, personalized, or engraved jewellery
- Clearance, SALE, or discounted items
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 working days of receiving the item. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or exchange, free of charge.
- Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted during special promotions are not eligible for exchange. Please check product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Any missing items or incorrect orders must be reported to the brand via email / whats app immediately upon delivery. Reports made more than 48 hours after delivery will not be considered.
Jewellery Repair Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery and want you to enjoy it for years to come. If your item needs a repair, please review the guidelines below:
- Free Repairs Within 6 Months
- Repairs are free of charge within 6 months from the date of purchase, provided the damage is not due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us for repair. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Please contact our Customer Support Team at +91-81044-44284 or email us at info@mnsh.co to initiate the repair process. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back for repair.
- Repairs After 6 Months
- After the 6-month period, a nominal fee of ₹500 will be charged for repairs.
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us for repair. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Repairs For Older Collections
- For certain older collections, repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Depending on the nature of the repair, charges may vary. Our team will assess the item and provide an estimate based on the required work.
- Exclusions
- Repairs due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage (e.g., items dropped, damaged from exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures) will not be eligible for free repair under any circumstances.
- Custom or personalized items may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
- How to Request a Repair

- Description of the issue
- Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the repair process.
- Processing Time
- Repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Typically, repairs will be completed within 2-3 weeks once we receive the item.
- We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you once your item is ready for shipment.
