All sales are final. No refund will be provided.
In the likelihood that a product is delivered broken / damaged, we will do an exchange or provide a credit note. The exchange validity extends only for 7 working days from date of purchase. For the likelihood of a return, a store credit of 1 year will be provided. No exchange will be made for sizing issues. Please review our size guides for any queries. It is up to the brand’s discretion to decide whether the product is eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please note: If a product is to be exchanged, all courier charges will be borne by the customer. Before an exchange or credit note is provided, we will require an image of the product. Once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team.
All exchanges, if any, must be returned with vendor packaging, tags and must be returned in the same conditioned as it was delivered in. The product must be unworn.
There is no return-policy for personalized products.

After Sales Care
Any after sales care due to natural wear and tear of an item will be billed accordingly and evaluated on a case to case basis. All costs of repair including cost of courier to be borne by the customer.
